Eden Hazard Considers El Al-ittihad As A Potential Safe Haven

Eden Hazard has failed to establish himself at Real Madrid and his departure could be closer than ever. The Belgian arrived in Madrid after a successful spell at Chelsea, where he was at times the best player in the Premier League. His signing was initially seen as a success in Madrid, but his inconsistency and numerous injuries have resulted in Hazard passing through the Bernabeu without making a significant impact.

In an interview, Hazard revealed his indifference towards Ancelotti, with whom he does not converse and their relationship is strictly professional. His lack of minutes on the field for the white team has resulted in Hazard being deemed ‘transferable’, with Al-Ittihad Saudi appearing on the scene. The Jeddah-based team, led by Nuno Espirito Santo, could offer a new home for the Belgian forward next season, in a move that is more economically driven than sport-driven.
