Villarreal Inquires About Loaning Pablo Torre

The Barça footballer is seeking more playing time

Pablo Torre signed with FC Barcelona last summer from Racing de Santander for 5 million euros. His presence on the field has been mostly symbolic, playing for only 398 minutes, with almost half of that time in 2 matches with Barça B in Primera RFEF.

In the league, he has only played for 27 minutes, and in the Champions League, he has accumulated the most time on the field with the first team, scoring a goal against Victoria Plzen. Next season, the 19-year-old midfielder will seek a loan move to get the playing time and experience that Xavi Hernández isn’t giving him this year. Barcelona seemed like the best place for him to go because their team is young, but the Cantabrian doesn’t fit into the coach’s plans, even with Pedri’s injury, because both players are similar, though Pablo Torre might be a bit more offensive.

Villarreal has already asked about the situation of the Cantabrian player, who wouldn’t mind landing in the Yellow Submarine.
