The coach of the Swedish national team, Janne Anderson, said that Ibrahimovic will be part of the 26-person squad for the Euro 2024 qualifying matches against Belgium and Azerbaijan, which will be played in Germany. Ibrahimovic couldn’t play for either AC Milan or the Nordic team last year because he hurt his knee.
Ibrahimovic, Isak, Forsberg, Lindelof, and the rest of the team are trying to get into the Eurocup for the seventh straight year after making it to the round of 16 in 2020. He is excited to represent his country again and do great things while wearing the yellow jersey now that he is back.
